Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment processes and schedule interviews
• Prepare new hire documents and manage onboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records organization-wide




• Support HR policy interpretation and performance management
• Facilitate WCB claims and manage employee returns to work
Requirements:
• 2+ years HR experience with recruitment knowledge
• Strong understanding of labor standards and HR legislation
• Familiarity with HR software systems like Dayforce
• CHRP designation preferred but not required
• Professional and trustworthy with a multitasking ability
