The Investment Product Manager supports the delivery of fund information, insights, and product intelligence across all asset classes, including equity, fixed income, balanced, ETFs, alternatives, and SRI, for both Retail and Institutional businesses.
The role contributes to improving the quality, consistency, and delivery of product intelligence to key stakeholders, including Distribution, Marketing, Product, and Investment teams. The ideal candidate combines strong capital markets knowledge with curiosity, analytical thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset. They are motivated to build deep product expertise, develop actionable insights, and identify opportunities to improve how information and intelligence are delivered across the organization.
Product Management
Collaborate with Product Specialists and Investment Directors to support content development for internal and external presentations
Conduct competitive analysis across assets, flows, performance, and positioning, and communicate findings clearly
Support articulation of product positioning and differentiation across Retail and Institutional channels
Assist in developing content for marketing materials, including fact sheets, presentations, and web content
Contribute to product narratives and messaging in partnership with Product Managers and Investment Directors
Support the development of analytical tools, templates, and frameworks
Coordinate with Portfolio Management, Sales,
and Marketing teams to ensure consistency of product information and messaging
Assist Product Specialists in delivering insights, training materials, and support to sales teams
Business Support
Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, asset flows, and industry developments to generate actionable insights
Support research and analysis to inform product strategy and business priorities
Translate complex data and investment information into explicit, structured outputs tailored to internal stakeholders
Assist in preparing materials and insights used in strategic discussions and decision-making
Build and maintain knowledge of investment strategies, performance drivers, and attribution concepts
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, data processes, and content delivery through automation and process enhancements
Support initiatives that improve the efficiency, scalability, and consistency of recurring deliverables and reporting processes
Contribute to the development and adoption of AI-enabled solutions to streamline research, content generation, information management, and business workflows
Partner with stakeholders to evaluate, test, and implement new tools, technologies, and process improvements
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in asset management, financial services, or a related analytical role
Foundational understanding of financial markets and investment products
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work
Analytical mindset with experience working with structured data
Familiarity with automation tools, AI applications, data visualization tools, or programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python) is an asset
Interest in applying automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and scalability of work
Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, structured outputs
CFA designation or progress toward CFA is an asset

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000, which is determined based on skills, knowledge and experience and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual short-term incentive, health and well-being benefits, retirement and savings plan, paid time off and career development.
