Join the mission to empower Métis families! As a full-time Program Navigator, you will work remotely to connect families with critical resources and academic support.

This position focuses on enrolling children up to eight years old in the Métis Family Connections Program. You will collaborate with families to identify needs and provide support through community outreach and networking. Hosting family gatherings is vital for fostering cultural knowledge and connectedness, ensuring families access necessary programs.

Key Responsibilities: • Enroll youth in the Family Connections Program • Support families with navigation to resources • Conduct community outreach and assessments • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MNBC programs • Organize educational and cultural family events

Requirements: • Diploma in relevant field required • At least three years of applicable experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Robust problem-solving and leadership abilities • Possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license
