Lead Dev Ops strategy, automation roadmap, and platform engineering practices.

Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for build, test, deployment, and release automation.

Implement cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.

Manage Docker/Kubernetes deployments and ensure environment stability.

Drive monitoring, incident management, RCA, security, compliance, and reliability improvements.

Mentor Dev Ops engineers and collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and security teams.

Required Skills:

Hands on experience with Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, Azure Dev Ops, or similar CI/CD tools.

Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Solid knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Terraform/Ansible, and Bash or Python scripting.





Positive understanding of networking, system administration, observability, and release management.

Solid problem solving, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.

8+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years in Dev Ops/cloud/platform engineering.

Experience leading Dev Ops teams or enterprise automation initiatives.

Relevant AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Dev Ops certifications preferred.
