Your expertise in implementation science and social movement approaches will support collaboration with Best Practice Spotlight Organizations. Engage with a diverse team to develop innovative educational tools and resources based on evidence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and evaluate knowledge transfer programs • Collaborate with Best Practice Spotlight Organizations • Facilitate professional development sessions • Manage project deliverables and proposals • Lead the planning and execution of implementation strategies
Requirements: • Registered Nurse with Ontario license • Master’s degree in nursing or related field • Minimum five years relevant experience • Solid communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in implementation science
