As a Retail Representative, you are the face of Purolator, working directly with customers to solve their problems and ensure smooth operations of freight services. Your key role includes promoting products, building relationships with corporate partners, and maintaining compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in person and via phone • Address and resolve customer complaints effectively • Collaborate with corporate partners to enhance service • Perform cash reconciliation and handle freight logging • Maintain positive relationships and uphold service standards
Requirements: • 3-12 months of customer service experience preferred • Relevant retail experience is advantageous • Familiarity with technology and POS systems • Able to lift up to 70lbs and stand for long stretches • Solid verbal and written communication skills
