Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage UMA and SMA programs
Enhance the UMA program for strategic alignment




Create investment management policies and procedures
Advise on trading platforms and portfolio management
Supervise advisor training and onboarding

Requirements:
Business or finance degree required
At least 10 years of financial services experience
CFA and/or CIM designation required
Familiarity with financial services technology
Outstanding analytical and communication skills
