• Develop and manage maintenance schedules for fixed plant equipment • Create comprehensive shutdown plans and manage execution • Identify and communicate critical-path activities • Maintain equipment history for informed planning • Formulate job plans adhering to operational needs

Requirements: • At least 2 years of experience in Maintenance supervision or planning • Degree in a relevant Engineering field preferred • Familiar with remote industrial environments • Solid organizational and communication skills • Experience with CMMS and ERP systems beneficial
