Key Responsibilities:
• Assess clients in community settings using standardized tools
• Create evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client needs




• Engage and collaborate with clients and their families
• Establish connections with community services and agencies
• Document client responses and evaluate treatment effectiveness

Requirements:
• Active Occupational Therapist registration with the College of Ontario
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Must have access to a vehicle for community work
• Proficient in computer applications
• Experience with the SABS is a plus
