The PACU Registered Nurse position requires a committed skilled who provides exceptional support to patients during their recovery from anesthesia. With a minimum of two years’ experience in critical care settings, you will play an essential role in monitoring patients and guiding them through challenging moments. The role demands robust communication skills and the ability to perform efficiently in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient-centred care in the Post Anaesthetic Room
• Assess and monitor patients’ vital signs and recovery progress




• Support inter-professional teams in delivering comprehensive care
• Educate patients and families about recovery processes
• Document patient care and interventions accurately

Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• At least two years critical care nursing experience
• Current BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Proficient in cardiac arrhythmia monitoring
• Ability to work flexible shifts as needed
