I'm building a heart‑centered coaching practice and need an experienced, reliable Operations Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day operations while I focus on coaching, content, and growth.

I created the Heart Freedom Method — a transformational approach that clears subconscious blocks preventing success — and I'm co‑authoring a book with Jack Canfield to bring this work to a wider audience.

This is a part‑time, in‑person role (2‑3 days/week) based in Cabbagetown, Toronto.

What You’ll Do
Manage operations and oversee our virtual assistants
Keep clients happy through warm communication and follow‑ups
Handle scheduling, coordination, and logistics
Solve problems independently and keep things running smoothly
Support program delivery and special projects

You’ll be the operational heartbeat while I focus on delivery and growth.
