We have immediate openings for Production Operators on afternoon and night shifts. In this role, you’ll complete thorough pre-shift safety checks, monitor production, and communicate quality issues effectively. This position requires you to ensure compliance with IATF-16949 standards while participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct pre-shift safety checks on equipment
• Report production on tally sheets and MES systems
• Inspect parts for defects and quality adherence
• Communicate machine issues with shifts
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 diploma is essential
• Previous experience in automotive production is an asset
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a safety-focused workplace
• Capable of performing physical tasks regularly
