Care & Company is seeking caregivers who live in Sooke, Metchosin, Colwood, or Langford. Your role will involve assisting seniors with daily activities like showering, meal preparation, and medication management. You'll also ensure a clean, safe environment while fostering positive relationships with clients and families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with showering, dressing, and toileting
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks
• Maintain a clean and protected workplace for clients
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and their families
• Provide exercise guidance and medication support

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• First Aid or CPR Level C certification
• Valid BC driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
