Based in Edmonton, this position involves working closely with project managers to tackle warranty concerns and offer tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Record and analyze warranty reports for effective solutions • Offer remote technical support for design and operational issues • Review and analyze customer and vendor test reports • Develop straightforward warranty plans as necessary • Attend customer sites for inspections and investigations
Requirements: • Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or similar • Minimum 2 years' experience with Powell products • Strong electrical systems knowledge from 600V to 38kV • Skilled in Microsoft Office programs • Must have authorization to work in Canada
