Implement the Tier 2 Operational Resilience Policy across teams
Lead the execution of Operational Resilience pilots




Document findings and refine resilience frameworks
Coordinate Business Impact Analyses and continuity plans
Prepare risk reports for senior leadershipRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business
5+ years in risk management or compliance
Experience with ERM and Operational Resilience programs
