We are looking for AZ or DZ licensed Snow Plow Operators with at least two years of experience. As an essential part of our winter operations, you will efficiently handle snow removal while adhering to high-quality standards. Your role is critical in maintaining explicit and protected roads for the community during snow events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate plow equipment for snow removal on various routes
• Document operations accurately to comply with contract requirements
• Maintain and clean equipment while performing minor repairs
• Familiarize yourself with performance requirements and applications
• Meet call-in requirements during winter storms
Requirements:
• DZ or AZ driving license along with a clean abstract
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related operations
• Ability to respond to calls within one hour
• Flexibility for various shifts including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication skills required
