As a vital member of the team, the Workday Analyst reports to the Workday Manager and is responsible for maintaining and enhancing Workday functionalities across multiple modules including HCM, Absence, and Recruiting. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team-oriented and agile setting, with hands-on experience in Workday configuration, reporting, and user support that aids in business process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve user inquiries effectively
• Configure process workflows and security groups
• Build and maintain advanced Workday reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with HR teams to translate business needs
• Participate in project deployments and regression testing
Requirements:
• 5+ years of HRIS experience with Workday
• Hands-on reporting using Workday Report Writer
• Familiarity with EIB for data loading
• Robust communication skills for stakeholder interaction
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
