Multimedia Designer

We’re looking for a talented and versatile Multimedia Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a quick-paced environment and has a strong foundation in graphic design, complemented by video editing skills. You’ll play a key role in bringing our brand, marketing, and training content to life across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
Design and produce high-quality visual assets for marketing and training, including digital and print materials
Create engaging graphics, layouts, and brand visuals aligned with company standards
Edit and produce video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal training
Collaborate closely with marketing and events teams to develop creative concepts and execute campaigns
Participate in on-site content creation, including assisting with video shoots and event coverage
Ensure consistency in branding across all materials and platforms
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Required Skills & Experience
Solid proficiency in graphic design (primary focus)
Working experience in video editing (secondary focus)
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
Photoshop
Illustrator
After Effects




Premiere Pro
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and layout
Ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content

Nice to Have
Basic web design experience using platforms such as Squarespace, Wix, or similar
Ability to create and adapt design elements for web use

Highly versatile with the ability to quickly learn new tools and techniques
Comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced setting
Outgoing and collaborative, with strong communication skills
Confident working in office with marketing and events teams, including appearing or assisting in video content
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of projects
