Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver care according to each client's care plan
• Administer medications and monitor health outcomes

Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Solid communication skills in English
• Previous home care or community nursing experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• BLS certification from an accredited provider
