Pier 4 is hiring an experienced Live-In Building Superintendent for our London, Ontario community. You will be the in office face, ensuring a secure, clean, and welcoming residence while coordinating maintenance and upkeep with the Property Management team.
Key duties include responding to resident needs, performing inspections, coordinating contractors, and managing on-call rotations. This role requires solid customer service, organization, and knowledge of building systems.
