We are seeking a Family Law Associate (2021-2022 Call) to join this growing practice in a senior associate capacity. You will manage your own caseload across the full spectrum of family law matters, including separation agreements, cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts, and litigation. This role offers significant client-facing responsibility,



independence in file management, and direct mentorship from experienced partners. You will contribute to business development initiatives and play a key role in the firm's continued expansion, with a clear pathway to partnership for the right candidate. The Offer

Base salary: $125,000 - $150,000 (negotiable based on experience and portable business) 25% bonus on billings exceeding 1,200 annual hours Hybrid work arrangement (2-3 office visits monthly or as needed) Standard benefits after 3-month probation Partnership track opportunity Flexible, entrepreneurial work environment with strong work-life balance What You Bring

Ontario Bar admission (approximately 2021-2022 Call) Solid experience in general family law practice Strong litigation, negotiation, and drafting skills Ability to independently manage files from intake to resolution Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in business development Long-term career commitment with partnership aspirations Portable client base is an asset but not required
