Key Responsibilities: • Review drawings and project specs for accurate quotes • Source products to secure competitive costs • Call clients for pre-bid discussions and clarification • Maintain customer relationships and negotiate contracts • Balance estimating duties with customer outreach activities
Requirements: • Successful completion of a Post-Secondary Degree • Familiarity with the construction field preferred • Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle • Robust negotiation and problem-solving skills • Willingness to thrive in a team-oriented environment
