As a vital member of a diverse team, you will assist clients struggling with mental health and behavioral issues. Key Responsibilities:
• Document client interactions and progress accurately
• Provide feedback on treatment plans to the care team
• Support clients with daily living activities

Requirements:
• Completion of a Social Services Worker Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Valid CPR certificate
• Class 5 BC Driver’s License required
