This is a hands-on role, not a desk job, combining direct construction and maintenance with subcontractor coordination.
The successful candidate is a multi-trade builder who can swing a hammer, wire a panel, and supervise crews while ensuring quality, schedule, and cost control. Reports to senior leadership.
