Become a key support figure at Robertson as a Part time Early Learning Practicum Observer. Oversee student progress, mentor future educators, and promote effective learning experiences at various Alberta locations.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting students in their Early Learning Centre (ELC) placements. Your tasks include observing student performance, providing feedback, and completing evaluations to enhance learning outcomes. As an essential guide, you'll foster a positive environment and ensure each student meets their practicum goals while developing critical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and assist ELC students in their placements
• Provide mentorship and guidance in a learning setting




• Complete weekly reports on student progress
• Collaborate to evaluate student practical performance
• Document daily activities and performance in a computer program

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in Child Care Management
• ECE III certification is required
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience in engaging and inspiring students
• Ability to work independently and in teams
