Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate publishing and scheduling of academic course materials • Assist faculty in preparing syllabi and evaluations • Support technology-enhanced learning systems and resources • Manage clinical placement communications and logistics • Aid in event planning and academic committee administration
Requirements: • High School diploma and two-year post-secondary diploma • Four years of relevant experience is essential • Robust communication and problem-solving skills • Proficient with UBC databases and MS Office • Ability to work independently and in teams
