Kal Tire in Nakusp, BC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach the team, and drive service quality and safety. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to keep things running smoothly and develop a robust, motivated group.
You will balance hands-on work with people leadership, support hiring and onboarding, manage inventory and basic financial reporting, and contribute to achieving store targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
