Make a difference at Green Acres Foundation as a Health Care Aide, providing compassionate care for seniors in Coaldale, Alberta. This position requires versatile evening and night shifts to cater to resident needs.

As a permanent full time Health Care Aide, you'll average 37.5 hours weekly, addressing daily living activities and personal care for residents. Available shifts are from 2 PM to 10 PM and 10 PM to 6 AM. A proactive, organized approach will help in creating a home-like workplace where residents thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
• Help seniors with activities of daily living
• Deliver personal and emergency care effectively
• Assist with medication management for residents
• Maintain housekeeping and serve meals
• Complete charting and paperwork in a timely manner

Requirements:
• Health Care Aide Certificate required
• Up-to-date Criminal Record Check necessary
• Registration on the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta
• Effective communication in English
• First Aid and Food Safety certifications a plus
