Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate health and safety vision and training
• Administer Group Benefits Plan and disability claims
• Manage WSIB claims and coordinate return to work
• Prepare monthly reports for health and safety meetings
• Enhance workplace wellness initiatives and programs

Requirements:
• Requires post-secondary education, HR diploma beneficial
• Minimum 3 years of Health & Safety management experience
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
• Maintain professionalism within confidential settings
