On Side Restoration is seeking a Project Supervisor (Water Damage) to lead our Water Damage team in the field. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will supervise, coach, and support crews to complete projects safely and efficiently with a focus on customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has water damage restoration experience, solid leadership skills, and a commitment to service excellence. You’ll manage schedules, uphold health and safety standards, and build solid client relationships.
