Cedar Heights is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with complex care needs. Work in a supportive team to develop skills and promote autonomy.

This role requires a passion for helping children and adults with conditions such as Autism and FASD. Direct Support Specialists engage clients in daily living skills while fostering community involvement. You will provide hands-on support, program implementation, and advocacy for residents across multiple Ontario locations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with personal and self-help training
• Implement individualized life skills programming
• Promote community integration and advocacy
• Provide hygiene support and daily living assistance




• Participate in ongoing training and workshops

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field (completed or in progress)
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Certification in First Aid/CPR Level C
