We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused ClientService Specialist (Bilingual French/English) to join our growing team.

Position Overview
As a ClientService Specialist , you will play a key role in supporting our members, brokers, and healthcare partners by delivering exceptional service in both English and French. You will assist with inquiries related to coverage, claims, benefits, and member support while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to member and broker inquiries via phone and email in both English and French

Assist clients with policy information, coverage questions, claims status, and general support

Coordinate with internal departments and healthcare partners to resolve member concerns

Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems

Provide skilled,



empathetic, and timely customer service

Support onboarding and administrative processes as required

Help promote a positive and service-driven client experience

Qualifications

Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)

Previous customer service experience required (insurance or healthcare industry experience is an asset)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting

Professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused mindset
