Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements
• Maintain the company’s contract management system
• Support corporate governance and maintain corporate records




• Assist with regulatory filings and compliance reporting
• Coordinate with counsel on litigation and investigations

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent accreditation
