Join as a seasoned Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) Coordinator, focused on enhancing resident experiences. This full time role requires strong leadership to promote excellence in care coordination.
In this position, a Registered Practical Nurse will manage and facilitate RAI processes with an emphasis on teamwork and communication. Your experience in clinical settings and project management will be essential in developing and executing training for staff. Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of care for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the coordination of the RAI processes
• Lead staff training and support initiatives
• Ensure all deadlines related to RAI assessments are met
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Communicate updates and findings clearly to stakeholders
Requirements:
• Valid Registered Practical Nurse license in Ontario
• Minimum three years of relevant clinical and leadership experience
• Solid communication and presentation abilities
• Well-organized with excellent problem-solving skills
• Background in adult education strategies preferred
