Northern Lights School Division seeks an Elder - Knowledge Keeper at Nitelazetue Elementary School in La Loche. This full time, school-based position supports cultural education, preserves oral tradition, and partners with teachers to integrate First Nations knowledge and language across the curriculum.
You will teach traditional skills such as trapping, beading, storytelling, and smudging, foster pride and belonging among students, meet with at-risk youths, and support parent groups.
