Elevate your career as the Revenue Accounting Director at Hopper. This strategic role focuses on building and automating revenue recognition systems linked to global partners.You’ll report directly to the Global Corporate Controller and lead efforts to automate revenue accounting in NetSuite. By refining data workflows and establishing internal controls, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and accuracy. This position requires proactive engagement with both internal teams and external partners to manage invoicing and resolve disputes effectively.Key Responsibilities:
Build the automated revenue accounting process in NetSuite
Reconcile source data and identify workflow gaps
Manage invoicing cycles from setup through collections




Draft memos supporting revenue recognition under ASC 606
Lead resolution of overdue balances and dispute inquiriesRequirements:
CPA with 8+ years of relevant accounting experience
Robust SQL skills for data reconciliation and validation
Extensive knowledge of ASC 606 revenue standards
Ability to interpret contracts and their accounting implications
