Work within our fully equipped clinics, providing diverse services and developing effective Care Plans in collaboration with Ontario Health atHome. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain effective Care Plans
• Provide in-person nursing services to patients
• Deliver services like IV therapy, wound care, and more
• Perform various clinical duties as needed
• Collaborate with Ontario Health atHome services

Requirements:
• RN or RPN degree or diploma
• Current CNO registration in valuable standing
• CPR Certification and immunization record
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Vulnerable sector check and background check
