Key Responsibilities: • Welcome and orient new residents to programs • Conduct intake interviews and assessments • Provide emergency crisis intervention support • Develop goals with residents and conduct progress reviews • Maintain accurate resident case notes and reports

Requirements: • Two-year diploma in social services or mental health • At least one year of related frontline experience • Knowledge of homelessness and marginalization issues • Robust communication and advocacy skills • First Aid certification and satisfactory Police Information Check
