Key Responsibilities:
• Configure ServiceNow Discovery schedules and optimize performance
• Install and maintain MID Servers for enhanced functionality




• Troubleshoot connectivity and configure Discovery credentials
• Develop rules for Identification and Reconciliation Engine
• Build CMDB metrics, dashboards, and reports

Requirements:
• Minimum five years of ServiceNow development experience
• Solid JavaScript and integration skills (REST/SOAP)
• Active Government of Canada Secret clearance
• Hands-on experience with Discovery and CMDB
• Capability to work onsite in Ottawa five days per week
