You will work three long days, from 7:30am to 8:30pm, providing essential nutritional support for chronically ill patients in their homes. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide home IV therapy and nutritional support
• Visit patients daily to manage feeding systems




• Facilitate secure discharge of parenteral nutrition patients
• Support patients, carers, and healthcare teams in the community
• Adhere to the NMC Code of Conduct

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with relevant experience
• Robust communication and patient management skills
