As the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you hold accountability across key engineering functions in a dynamic setting. With responsibilities spanning new-product launches and ongoing production support, your expertise in manufacturing will lead to significant improvements in cost, quality, and safety. You’ll play an essential role during the plant's start-up, planning process routes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan new-product processes and engineering support
• Lead process improvements and enhance production capacity




• Manage manufacturing engineering for optimal operations
• Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
• Resolve technical quality issues efficiently

Requirements:
• 3+ years in a technical management role
• Degree in Mechanical or Casting Engineering
• Hands-on experience with die casting and machining
• Robust knowledge of IATF 16949 standards
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CAD software
