You'll play a key role in our Farming Operations department, reporting to the Farm Manager. Your responsibilities will include maintaining reliability and performance in various farming machinery, directly impacting operational efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair agricultural and fleet machinery
• Perform preventative maintenance and servicing tasks
• Adjust and test equipment components for performance
• Keep an organized inventory of maintenance supplies
• Document and maintain accurate maintenance records

Requirements:
• High school diploma preferred
• Experience with agricultural or heavy equipment is an advantage
• Background in farming or agricultural operations preferred
• Robust problem-solving skills needed
• Comfortable working in diverse weather
