As a full time Dream Broker, you will build relationships with children and their families, connecting them to the support they need. Your role centers on facilitating participation in diverse activities, ensuring children's voices are heard and their needs met. You'll also drive community engagement to promote the initiative's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop trusting relationships with children, parents, and community staff
• Facilitate support based on children's needs and choices
• Promote community engagement and initiative objectives
• Manage flexible schedule,



including evenings and weekends
• Work in both school and community environments

Requirements:
• Experience with inner city children and families
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of Regina’s cultural and recreational systems
• Post-secondary training in relevant fields is an asset
• Valid driver's license and CPR/First Aid certification
