In this critical role, you will deliver customized support, using recovery-oriented and trauma-informed methods to help youth tackle barriers related to housing and mental health. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and communities, your work will encompass outreach and advocacy, ensuring a solid support system for individuals in need. On-call availability is required to accommodate varying client needs.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee caseload of 8 youth,
scheduling weekly meetings • Develop and implement individualized client goals • Conduct intakes and administrative duties in a timely manner • Deliver community resource information specific to needs • Foster skill development for greater self-efficacy
Requirements: • Human Services degree or diploma • Proven experience with youth homelessness issues • Current First Aid Certification and background checks • Valid driver's license with sufficient insurance • Effective organizational and communication skills
