In this Maintenance Technician role, you will support the daily functionality of our 99-room hotel and its attached Nordic spa. Your responsibilities will encompass preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring all operations align with health and safety standards. With skills in plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance, you will create a home away from home for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain guest rooms and public areas through regular inspections
• Conduct repairs on plumbing and electrical systems




• Ensure cleanliness and safety of spa pools and hot tubs
• Assist with landscaping and snow removal tasks
• Document maintenance work and respond to guest requests
Requirements:
• Prior maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance
• Ability to manage on-call duties effectively
• Solid commitment to customer service
• Flexible availability for weekends and emergencies
