Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and organized veterinary assistant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will assist in most aspects of the clinic.

Responsibilities
Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
Schedule and confirm appointments for veterinary care.
Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries regarding services, procedures, and pet care.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage billing processes efficiently.
Assist veterinarians and technicians with the care of patients.
Ensure all areas of the clinic are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Provide clients with information on pet health care products and services offered by the clinic.
Handle client concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications
Education in the veterinary industry or related fields is a plus.
Experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care environment is required.




Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients and pets alike.
Proficiency in using office equipment and software; experience with veterinary management software (Ezyvet) is advantageous.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
A genuine love for animals and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
