This role requires a proactive individual willing to learn and work effectively in a manufacturing setting. You'll assist with custodial duties, snow removal, and yard maintenance while supporting the Facilities Lead Hand in various projects. Your key responsibilities will include using cleaning equipment and performing hands-on repairs in a cooperative setting.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage waste disposal and recycling tasks • Operate floor cleaning equipment safely • Conduct snow removal and grounds maintenance • Assist in construction and repairs as needed • Maintain 5S housekeeping principles consistently
Requirements: • Minimum High School Education required • Over one year of maintenance or custodial experience • Valid driver’s license to pick up supplies • Forklift experience is preferred • Fall-arrest and Working at Heights certification is an asset
