Fullsteam is seeking a Billing Specialist to support multiple business units in our Accounting Shared Services team. You will ensure accurate invoicing, manage subscriptions and estimates, and resolve billing discrepancies to maintain revenue integrity and customer satisfaction.
You will collaborate with customer servicing, sales, and finance, using NetSuite and Zuora to terminate, create, and modify invoices, process payments, and support month-end close.
