Key Responsibilities:
• Assist insureds throughout the claim resolution process • Engage with clients and legal entities swiftly • Issue claims payments and manage reserves • Review documents and manage claims files • Collaborate with various departments for file resolutions
Requirements: • Completed university degree or equivalent diploma • CIP certification essential; FCIP in progress preferred • Minimum of 5 years in long haul trucking claims • Proven experience in fraud detection • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
