Reporting to the Director of Service Design, you will shape how Canadians experience our wealth services through customer-centric methods and team-oriented stakeholder buy-in.
You will conduct end-to-end research, create artifacts like personas and service blueprints, and guide cross-functional teams through future-state concepts.
